What You’ll Do
As a Paint Technician, you’ll be responsible for priming and painting trailers using professional-grade paint systems while ensuring every trailer meets our quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Apply primer and paint to trailers using HVLP spray equipment
- Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
- Mask and tape trailers for paint application
- Apply caulk and sealants as needed
- Clean surfaces and prepare units before painting
- Maintain paint guns, hoses, and paint equipment
- Keep paint booths and work areas clean and organized
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous painting experience preferred
- Knowledge of paint application techniques and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Dependable attendance and work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift
