Compensation:

4-week training period at $20/hr. Make $1,500 - $2,000 per week after training.

What You’ll Do
As a Paint Technician, you’ll be responsible for priming and painting trailers using professional-grade paint systems while ensuring every trailer meets our quality standards.
Responsibilities:
  • Apply primer and paint to trailers using HVLP spray equipment
  • Mix paints and coatings according to specifications
  • Mask and tape trailers for paint application
  • Apply caulk and sealants as needed
  • Clean surfaces and prepare units before painting
  • Maintain paint guns, hoses, and paint equipment
  • Keep paint booths and work areas clean and organized
  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met
  • Follow all company safety procedures
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous painting experience preferred
  • Knowledge of paint application techniques and equipment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Dependable attendance and work ethic
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the shift
