The Stars, Stripes & Steel Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Texas Pride Trailers, LLC, 1241 Interstate 45 N, Madisonville, TX 77864 (“Sponsor”).

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

1. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of Florida and New York, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their state of residence, at the time of entry.

Employees, officers, directors, representatives, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, promotion partners, prize suppliers, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

2. Promotion Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 a.m. Central Time on July 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on July 31, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).

All online entries must be received during the Promotion Period. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026 and received by August 3, 2026.

Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for the Sweepstakes.

3. How to Enter

There are two ways to enter.

Online Entry

During the Promotion Period, visit https://texaspridetrailers.com/stars-stripes-steel-trailer-giveaway/ and complete the official entry form with all required information.

Required information may include first name, last name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, and any other required fields listed on the entry form.

Mail-In Entry

To enter without using the online form, hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, email address, and date of birth on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to:

Mail-in entries must be postmarked by July 31, 2026 and received by August 3, 2026.

Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.

Multiple entries, automated entries, bulk entries, entries submitted by bots, scripts, sweepstakes services, or other automated methods are void.

Incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, illegible, damaged, postage-due, fraudulent, or mechanically reproduced entries are void.

Marketing consent is not required to enter or win. Entrants may opt in to receive marketing communications from Sponsor, but opting in will not increase the odds of winning.

4. Prizes

A total of two hundred fifty-one (251) prizes will be awarded.

Grand Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive one (1) Texas Pride Trailers 32K GVWR dump trailer built for CONEXPO and used in the Bar 7 Ranch stress test.

The Grand Prize is the actual trailer featured in the stress test campaign content and will be awarded in field-tested, used condition.

Approximate retail value when new: $28,000.
Approximate retail value of prize as awarded: $22,500.

Final prize specifications, VIN, title status, condition, warranty details, if any, and any other applicable prize details will be provided to the winner at the time of prize acceptance.

The Grand Prize is awarded “as is” and “where is,” except for any written warranty expressly provided by Sponsor. Sponsor makes no additional warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the prize, including but not limited to condition, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, towing compatibility, or compliance with winner’s intended use.

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, title fees, registration fees, licensing fees, insurance, inspections, permits, transportation, pickup, delivery, towing equipment, and any other costs or expenses associated with accepting, claiming, transporting, registering, owning, or using the Grand Prize.

Winner is responsible for ensuring they have a properly rated tow vehicle, hitch, braking system, insurance, license, registration, and any other equipment or documentation required to safely and legally transport and use the trailer.

The Grand Prize must be claimed and picked up from Texas Pride Trailers, 1241 Interstate 45 N, Madisonville, TX 77864, by August 31, 2026, unless Sponsor agrees otherwise in writing. Failure to claim or pick up the prize by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.

Secondary Prizes

Two hundred fifty (250) Secondary Prize winners will each receive one (1) Texas Pride Trailers discount certificate redeemable for $250 off the purchase of an eligible Texas Pride trailer.

Approximate retail value / maximum discount value of each Secondary Prize: $250.
Total maximum value of all Secondary Prizes: $62,500.

For purposes of this Sweepstakes, an “eligible Texas Pride trailer” means any new Texas Pride trailer sold directly by Sponsor, including dump trailers, tilt trailers, equipment trailers, utility trailers, car haulers, gooseneck trailers, roll-off trailers, deck-over trailers, and other standard trailer models offered for sale by Sponsor at the time of redemption.

Discount certificates may not be used toward taxes, title, registration, licensing, documentation fees, shipping, delivery, freight, financing charges, service work, parts-only purchases, prior purchases, custom non-trailer purchases, or any purchase not approved by Sponsor.

Discount certificates have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, may not be sold, and may not be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions unless expressly permitted by Sponsor.

Discount certificates may be used only toward the purchase of an eligible Texas Pride trailer.

Limit one (1) discount certificate per person, household, and transaction.

Discount certificates must be redeemed by December 31, 2026. Any unused value will be forfeited. Additional terms, exclusions, and restrictions may apply.

Total Prize Value

Total maximum approximate retail value of all prizes: $85,000.

No cash equivalent, prize substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if any advertised prize becomes unavailable for any reason.

5. Winner Selection and Odds

On or about August 3, 2026, Sponsor or its designated representative will select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner and two hundred fifty (250) potential Secondary Prize winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The first eligible entry selected will be deemed the potential Grand Prize winner. The next two hundred fifty (250) eligible entries selected will be deemed potential Secondary Prize winners.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Limit one (1) prize per person.

6. Winner Notification and Verification

Potential winners will be notified on or about August 3, 2026 by email, phone, text message, or other contact information provided at entry.

Potential winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification.

The potential Grand Prize winner may be required to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, liability release, publicity release where permitted, IRS Form W-9, and any other documentation required by Sponsor within five (5) business days of notification.

Potential Secondary Prize winners may be required to confirm eligibility and provide any information reasonably required by Sponsor to award the Secondary Prize.

Failure to respond within the required time period, failure to complete required documents, failure to meet eligibility requirements, inability to accept or claim the prize, or return of any prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a background check or other verification where permitted by law. Sponsor may disqualify a potential winner if awarding the prize could, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, create a safety, legal, reputational, or business concern.

7. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance and use.

Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC or other required tax documentation for the value of any prize awarded. The Grand Prize winner must provide a valid taxpayer identification number and complete any required tax documentation before the Grand Prize is awarded.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s permission for Sponsor and its designees to use winner’s name, city, state, likeness, photograph, voice, biographical information, statements, prize information, and any content created in connection with the Sweepstakes for advertising, publicity, and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, human error, tampering, unauthorized intervention, legal restrictions, force majeure events, or any other factor impairs the integrity, administration, security, fairness, or proper operation of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, provides false information, or attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes.

No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded.

10. Release and Limitation of Liability

By entering, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Sponsor, Bar 7 Ranch, Cody Archie, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google, and all other promotion partners, advertising and promotion agencies, prize suppliers, parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, injuries, or expenses arising out of or related to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, possession, transport, ownership, use, misuse, or inability to use any prize.

Released parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, inaccurate, stolen, delayed, misdirected, undelivered, damaged, garbled, or postage-due entries; technical, hardware, software, network, internet, website, email, phone, or other communication failures; unauthorized human intervention; incorrect or inaccurate entry information; or any error, omission, interruption, defect, delay, or failure related to the Sweepstakes.

11. Social Platform Disclaimer

This Sweepstakes is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Google, or any other social media platform.

By entering, entrants understand that they are providing their information to Sponsor and not to any social media platform.

12. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, contact entrants and potential winners, award prizes, comply with legal obligations, and, where entrant has provided consent, send marketing communications from Sponsor.

Entrant information will be handled in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://texaspridetrailers.com/privacy-policy.

13. Disputes

Except where prohibited by law, entrant agrees that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the state or federal courts located in Madison County, Texas.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Entrant waives any right to claim punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including attorneys’ fees, and entrant’s damages shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs associated with entering the Sweepstakes.
