600+ Trailers. Two Pairs of Steady Hands. One Hell of a Team.
In this episode of Behind the Steel, we step out of the spotlight and into the weld shop to meet two of the guys who make Texas Pride what it is—Juan and David, a welder duo with grit, pride, and over 600 trailers under their belts.
Juan came from ranch work. David came from the pipeline. Both found their calling under the hood, welding heavy-duty haulers built to roll strong for years to come. Together, they’ve been handcrafting Two Car Haulers for three years—starting from raw steel and turning it into something rock-solid. “From day one, we just clicked,” David says. “He’s quick. He’s a good learner. And we both take pride in every weld.”
This video gives you a glimpse of the real work—the kind that happens before the paint, before the shine, before the trailer ever hits the road. From building frames out of 3″×8″ steel to welding clean, precise seams that stand the test of time, Juan and David are proof that every great trailer starts with great people.
We’re proud to have ’em on the team. And proud to say: every Texas Pride trailer is built by hand, built with heart, and built to last.
