Texas Pride Trailers, a rapidly growing and industry-leading manufacturing facility in Madisonville, TX, is hiring a full-time Forklift Operator to join our energetic and dedicated team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with a tight-knit group, and take pride in safety, efficiency, and teamwork, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

  • Load and unload materials (up to 75 lbs)
  • Transport raw materials to production workstations
  • Maintain accurate inventory records
  • Inspect forklifts and equipment daily; report issues or needed repairs
  • Identify damages and report material shortages
  • Assist in keeping a safe, clean, and organized work area
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

What We’re Looking For:

  • In-house certification to operate forklifts (or willingness to obtain)
  • Good physical condition and stamina
  • Attention to detail and safety
  • Solid knowledge of industrial equipment and warehouse procedures
  • Strong time management and communication skills
  • Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement
