Today meet Phil. He’s a bandsaw operator and the process of each and every trailer literally starts with Phil. Long runs of raw steel are cut to specifications and delivered to the manufacturing teams all day, every day. In this age of computers, smartphones, WiFi, and Internet of Things, Phil’s world still revolves around a walkie-talkie and whiteboard. Quality doesn’t have to be fancy, it just has to be strong and reliable.
